Founded in January 1996 as an extension of the Tillberg Design office in Sweden and their associate office SMC in London, the Tillberg Design U.S. office is today a self supporting design office in its own right.

The principals of Tillberg Design U.S. consists of a dedicated group of professionals who have considerable experience in the design of cruise ships. Among recent projects the U.S. office has been involved with are, Queen Mary 2, Crystal Serenity, Four Seasons Ocean Residences and others.

Another area of expertise is refurbishment of cruise ships. A long series of challenging and successful projects in this area include: QE2, Seabourn Sun, Norwegian Crown, several Carnival Cruise Lines vessels and most recently two ships of the newly rebranded Regent Seven Seas Cruises, the Mariner and the Navigator.

With architects, interior designers and experienced project managers in our ranks there is considerable capacity and competence to take on commercial building projects. To create a solid base and maintain good synergy amongst our group of companies the architect firm BTM Architects was established to manage such developments.
